Return policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. Yasanet SARL is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos and detailed information about the issue to help us resolve it quickly. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund, as applicable.
